As part of the company’s ambition to reduce its environmental impact, Galvin Green has launched a range of outerwear that has been made from the left-over material used to make its other garments.

A spokesperson for the brand, said: “When we produce our core collections, we sometimes get small quantities of exclusive, high performance fabric left over. Instead of scrapping this perfectly fine fabric, we have found a way to use it to produce small quantities of a few, exclusively designed garments – The Upcycle Edition.”

Galvin Green’s Bart Interface-1 jacket is the first garment to be produced in this fashion. Offered in a choice of eight colours, in sizes S-XL, the half-zip shell jacket is windproof, water repellant and breathable and is ideal as either a mid- or outer-layer option. RRP: £160.
