Robert Rock putt for a 59 | 2019 Dubai Duty Free Irish Open

Robert Rock had a putt for history as he took the lead on day three of the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open at Lahinch.

The Dubai Duty Free Irish Open comes to Lahinch Golf Club for the first time. Reigning champion Russell Knox won at Ballyliffin Golf Club in thrilling fashion 12 months ago, holing a 45-foot birdie putt to force a play-off before sinking another fine effort on the first extra hole to beat New Zealand’s Ryan Fox. The Scot will be hoping for more of the same at the County Clare venue dubbed ‘The St Andrews of Ireland’.
